Standard reports

These are ready-made:

  • Executive summary (monthly)
  • Network operations (weekly)
  • Security and access (monthly)
  • Capacity planning (quarterly)
  • Inventory and lifecycle
  • Availability and SLA (monthly)

The SLA report, business services and Service Desk reports are linked from the same page.

Build your own

Build a report is optional:

  1. Pick the sections.
  2. Pick the devices: sites, types or tags. Leave them all unticked for every device.
  3. Pick how far back to look, and give it a name.

Show the report opens it. From there, Save this report keeps it for next time.

Downloads and email

Every report downloads in two forms:

  • Web page: a single file with no outside links, which opens in any browser and prints well;
  • CSV: each section's table, for a spreadsheet.

A saved report can be emailed every Monday or on the 1st of each month, at 7:00 server time, to up to 20 addresses. Email uses the help desk's mail settings.

Who can use it

See reports opens them. Save and schedule reports saves them and sets the emails.
