Uplivra
About Uplivra

Built by a network engineer, for the people who keep networks running

Uplivra is the monitoring platform John Moore wanted during 27 years of network engineering: clear about what's wrong, fair to pay for, and easy to run for one company or a hundred.

The name

UP·LIVE·RA

Say it "up-live-ruh": up as in "up time", live as in "live data" (rhymes with "five"), and a soft ruh. The stress is on the first part: UP-live-ruh.

UP
Always up. Uptime is the job: knowing the moment something goes down, and keeping it up.
LIVE
Live data. What your network is doing now, not a report from last night.
RA
Remote access. Reach every site and customer network securely, with the customer in control.

John Moore, founder

John has spent 27 years as a network engineer, designing, running and fixing the networks businesses depend on. Along the way he has worked with a wide range of monitoring tools, and seen where each one helps and where it gets in the way: sensor counts that make pricing unpredictable, alerts that bury the real problem, and dashboards that need an expert to read.

For 13 of those years he has worked with managed service providers, where monitoring isn't one network but many: separate customers, separate sites, tight margins and technicians who need answers fast.

Uplivra puts that experience into one product.

At a glance

  • 27 years in network engineering
  • Hands-on with a wide range of monitoring tools
  • 13 years working with MSPs
  • Founder of Uplivra Technologies LLC

What that experience shaped

Pricing you can predict

One price per device, with every port, sensor and check included, and the first 15 devices free. No counting sensors before you can quote a customer.

Answers, not just alerts

Dependencies, maintenance windows and Uplivra Intelligence point to the likely cause, so the first alert you read is the one that matters.

MSP-ready from day one

Separate customers in one installation, master collectors that reach customer networks through one outbound connection, and partner discounts that make reselling worthwhile.

Your data stays yours

Uplivra runs on your own server. Collectors only connect out, remote support needs the customer's approval, and nothing is sent to a cloud AI.

Made for the people on call

Plain-English pages, guides written step by step, and a design that works on a phone at 2 a.m.

Straight talk

We publish our prices and how they compare, including where another tool might suit you better.
