Do I need an account?
No. There is no account or sign-in.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything works offline except opening outside links and sharing.
What does it cost?
Starter tracks are free, and the Vendor-neutral and ITIL tracks are free in full. Each advanced track is a one-time US$3.99 purchase, with no subscription.
Is PingPrep affiliated with the exam vendors?
No. PingPrep is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Google or any other vendor, and it does not guarantee a pass.
