PingPrep privacy policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

PingPrep is an exam study app by Uplivra Technologies LLC. It covers networking, cloud, security and IT certification tracks, including ITIL service management.

What we collect

PingPrep has no accounts, sign-in, ads, analytics, tracking or crash reporting. The app does not collect or send your data.

Data on your device

Your study progress, flashcards, decks, imported materials and lab state are stored only on your device. Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to Google backup. It is removed when you uninstall the app.

Your materials

You can import study materials from a file you choose, and export them through your device's share sheet to wherever you choose to send them. The app itself uploads nothing.

Links to sources

Answers link to official vendor documentation, which opens in your browser. Those sites see your visit under their own privacy policies.

Reporting a problem and feedback

"Report a problem" and feedback open your own email app with a pre-filled message that includes the app version and the company you selected. Only what you choose to send reaches us. We use support emails only to reply to you and fix problems.

Internet access

The app asks for internet access only to open links and to hand off sharing and email.

Purchases

Advanced tracks are a one-time purchase each, handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy policies. We don't receive payment details.

Children

The app doesn't knowingly collect data from children, or from anyone.
