LinkFall terms of service

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These terms apply to LinkFall, the puzzle game for Android and iOS (app ID com.uplivra.linkfall), published by Uplivra Technologies LLC ("we"). By installing or playing LinkFall you agree to them. The terms of Google Play or the Apple App Store also apply to your download and purchases.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play LinkFall on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it.

The game and the upgrade

The Clockwork world is free. One in-app purchase unlocks three more worlds. The upgrade is a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Google Play or Apple. To get it back on a new device, use "Restore purchase" while signed in to the same store account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund rules:

• Google Play refunds
• Apple App Store refunds

Your data

LinkFall has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and your progress stays on your device. See the LinkFall privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, and these terms, from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. If we stop offering LinkFall, the game you already installed keeps working offline.

No warranty and limits

LinkFall is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
