Point NetFlow, IPFIX or sFlow at your collector. Every device page then shows the traffic through it: applications, conversations and the busiest hosts over the last hour, 6 hours or day.
Search every log in seconds, keep them for years
Syslog from firewalls, switches and servers lands on your own log collector: parsed, searchable, encrypted with AES-256 and hash-chained so tampering shows. Copies go off-site to Amazon S3, Azure or any S3-compatible storage with object lock.
